The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable web presence). Netlify processes data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Web analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service by Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). This service does not use cookies and does not store any personal data. Only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics are collected (e.g. page views, country of origin). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analyzing website usage).
